1. Who is selling
Paperpath Press publishes the kit. Dodo Payments is our online reseller and merchant of record: it runs the checkout, charges your card, handles tax and sends your receipt. Its own terms apply to the payment.
2. What you buy
A personal licence to use the kit's files within one household, for your own events. You may fill in the worksheets, print them and share completed sheets with the people helping at your event. You may not sell, give away, upload or republish the blank templates, the guide or the example, or use them to build a competing product. Paperpath Press keeps the copyright.
3. Delivery
Dodo Payments emails your receipt and download link to the address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes. Download the files and keep your own copy; each download link expires after a short time, and the customer portal link in the same email gives you fresh ones. If the email does not arrive, write to [email protected] from your checkout address and we will send the files again.
4. Price and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows the final amount, including any tax that applies in your country, before you pay. Your card issuer may convert the amount and add its own fee.
5. Immediate delivery and final sale
The kit is digital content delivered straight after payment. By completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where a right of withdrawal applies (such as the 14-day right for consumers in the EU and UK), you lose it once delivery begins. All sales are final; our refund and cancellation policy explains what we do if a file is faulty.
6. Faulty files
If a file is missing, will not open or is damaged, we replace it. Write from your checkout address with the order number and what is wrong. We aim to reply within one working day. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law does not let us exclude, including remedies for faulty digital content and, in Australia, the consumer guarantees.
7. What the kit is
An administrative aid: a guide and worksheets for writing down arrangements you have confirmed with your venue, suppliers and helpers. It is not a coordination service and carries no professional endorsement. We cannot promise any outcome on your event day. To the extent the law allows, our liability for loss connected with the kit is limited to the price you paid.

9. Consumer law and changes
If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. We may update these terms for future purchases; the version shown when you buy applies to your order.
