Why all sales are final
Every Paperpath Press kit is a digital download. Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, emails your receipt and download link right after payment, usually within minutes. Once the files are sent there is nothing to return, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind.
That is why we show you so much before you pay. The free five-page sample opens in your browser, no email needed, with real pages from the guide, workbook and example. The product page lists everything in the kit: a 26-page guide, a fillable workbook with 12 worksheet designs in A4 and US Letter, and a fictional completed example.
Problems with your files
If a file does not arrive, will not open or is missing pages, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Include the order number from your Dodo Payments receipt, the file name and what happens when you open it; a screenshot helps. We reply within one working day with working files. If we cannot supply one, we put it right under the law that applies to you.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us exclude. Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right once delivery begins. You keep your legal remedies for faulty digital content. In Australia, the kit comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Before you contact your bank
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Your statement may show Dodo Payments rather than Paperpath Press. A dispute takes weeks and costs far more to handle than the kit itself; an email gets a reply within one working day.
